Application for voice management of customer calls
Presentation
Call Office is a solution for organizations that manage direct business with their customers. It is used to order tasks through the automatic and voice management of customer calls.
The application includes various modules necessary for its operation including Services, Windows, Users and their assignments to services, voice messages and preconfigured messages, it is configurable through simplified interfaces and can be used by different types of organizations such as a Bank, a Post Office or Town Hall.
The solution is configured to be used with differents skins (Blue, Bureau blue, Dark), it is also initialized with default voices for the mesages and it is equipped with a utility for the personalized recording of the messages in the case where the user wishes to use personalized voice messages.
It is composed of a central application (CallOffice Server) and two client applications, one in Desktop version and another in Mobile version.
CallOffice Server
The sub-application CallOffice Server is the server part of the Call Office solution: its role is to centralize the flows of the solution, especially the customer's calls. The following screen shifts the welcome screen that will be displayed on the screen server and which contains the main functions performed by CallOffice including: "Correct Number", "Next Number", "Previous Number", "Call Number", "Preconfigured Call".

CallOffice Client (Desktop Version)
The sub-system CallOffice Client in Desktop version is intended for users who perform direct tasks with clients, it contains the main functions built into the server application. Its operation is based on the communication with the server application through a communication channel based on the Http protocol from which a network connection is necessary for the operation of the application.

CallOffice Client (Version Mobile)(In progress)
The subsystem CallOffice Client in its mobile version is similar to the Desktop version, which contains most of the functions built into the server application. In its current version, it is intended for smartphones equipped with an Ios and Android operating system.
