Overview

On the other hand, IT tools are multiplying and becoming both lighter and more powerful to offer more possibilities in the computerization of management systems, which allowed to develop well-established information systems that facilitate communication between the different actors and which accompany the directorates in the implementation of persistent, simple and effective management processes.
Activities
In the context of computerization of management systems, it is essential to go through different phases before delivering the final product, these phases vary according to the project management method applied in the development process. They make it possible to list and analyze the requirements of each project in order to obtain a precise expression of the needs and to develop more efficiently the various functionalities and the expected requirements.
The different tasks performed by the project actors can vary according to the type and size of the latter, this variation offers the opportunity for each actor to reveal and discuss different aspects of the business and techniques.
